Bazu's legal bundle is five pages. When you create an account you agree to the first three. The other two explain the first three and are part of the Terms by reference. This page is the map. Nothing on it adds to or changes what the documents say; if this page and a document ever differ, the document controls.

Required for Washington and Nevada residents and applied to everyone. Covers the health-related data Bazu collects, which under those laws includes the food you log, how you say a meal left you, and your weight. Covers how each is used, who processes it, and your rights to access, delete, or withdraw consent.
Plain-English version of the disclaimers in the Terms. Bazu is a wellness app, not a medical device. Every read is an estimate about food, not a measurement of you. Bazu is never for treatment decisions.
